BOUNDARY ROAD

​Location: Boundary Rd, Narangba, Brisbane

A scheme of ten workstores on a corner site in Narangba, each with around 250m2 of ground floor warehouse and 80m2 of mezzanine above. The lightweight mezzanines, clad in glass and aluminium, accent the project with boldly coloured spandrel glazing. Internally, ceramic tiles, stainless steel finishes and timber stairs connote a higher quality than generic industrial stock.
